We take bookings directly, so by cutting out the middle man you can save up to £94 on a two week stay compared to other properties advertised with an agent. For example:
- Sykes Cottages charge £35 per week booking fee, a £6 payment charge and £3.50 extra per person per week for linen. Four people staying for two weeks would pay an extra £108 on top of the quoted price!
We only charge a £15 booking fee to cover our costs. That's per booking, not per week. When comparing the cost of our Cottage to others, please do bear this in mind.
